AVX Corporation HACKED! #OpColtan #OpGreenRights

AVX Corporation
DATABASE HACKED!

The Coltan contains tantalio, essential mineral for the production of cellular phones, computers and technolgical equipment.
It is extracted by reducing powdered stones that lie in the open air. It is an exhausting work that lasts for hours and hours under the sun,  carried out with bare hands. Coltan also contains a percentage of uranium, so it's radioactive and therefore, the workers find themselves covered with sores soon, and risk their own lives or serious impairment, such as cancer and impotence. Its price has soared since it became necessary for the modern technology industry.
The Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) owns 80% of the world's aforementioned miniral's deposits, the struggle for the control of coltan , since 1998 has already caused more than five milion deaths. These are words by  "Kofi Annan", in a pubblic debate when he held the post of ONU secretary "The war in Congo is due to the control of its natural wealth". The network that handles the extraction, transport and marketing use of coltan is very brunched and often linked to smuggling and therefore difficult to find, so we are only able to state the name of some of those responsible:
Nokia, Ericsson, Siemens, Sony, Intel, Hitachi, IBM , Samsung, Motorola, Panasonic, LG, Dell, Apple etc.. , CitiBank is also directly involved in the trafficking of coltan by the Bank of Commerce, Development and Industry (BCDI), its branch in Kigali. Among the dozens of companies that manage the traffic and its appointment, we mention the German Bayer, through its subsidiary Starck, producer of 50% of tantalum powder. Furthermore, the exploitation of coltan has caused the destruction of the congolese ecosystem along with gorillas who lived there.
More than 10.000 farmers have been forced to become miners subjected to grueling work conditions and the continuing violence of the gangs of rebels who smuggle the minerals. Rwandan military carry coltan with helicopters and trucks, they are supplied with weapons, also by some private airlines such as Sabena Belgian, associated with American Airlines, as some ONG have proof. Until now, the loser is the population of this country, the winners are the multinationals, but unfortunately other human beings around the planet risk the losing of  right to a peaceful existence and at living conditions that must be, at least , decent.
Deposits of coltan, in fact, were discovered in the Amazon rainforest already threatened by minerals firms and big dams. We are sick of seeing Earth reduced to a large expanse of potholes, where humans are killed in exploitation conditions. Western greed afflicts the Congo in the worst and inhumane way since '800; we do not forgive the atrocities performed by mercenaries of Leopold II in Congo, a place rich in rubber and ivory. We do not forget the fury of thirst of gold Catholics conquerors that invaded Latin America since '500.
To Lords of  industry and  banks:
Your greed destroys the environment, insults humankind forcing it into slavery.
In Congo as Latin America, your projects as well as destroying pristine environments, establish genocide and ethnic cleansing.
The first against inhabitants of the Congo, the second against indigenous peoples of South America.
So we request you to front a trial celebrated by an international tribunal. The imputation is : crimes against humanity. As your violence insist on populations that have already been violated for centuries from exploiters, not less rapacious and bloodthirsty of you, this fact must be considered an aggravating factor.

According to the UN the war in Congo in 1998 was not an ethnic conflict. It was a war for Coltan.
We remember that in Congo's genocide 800000 people died. The Rwandan army and over 25 militias were involved.
Many children and farmers were forced to dig coltan in terrible health conditions whith their bare hands.
Also nature was devasted and gorillas were killed.
Coltan is quite radioactive so miners were exposed to terrible diseases.
UN accused Nokia, Bayer, Ericsson, Siemens, Sony, Intel, Hitachi, IBM , Samsung, Motorola, Panasonic, LG, Dell, Apple, AVX, Kemet etc...to be directly or indirectly involved in the war of 1998, in order to control coltan traffic.
Then UN decided to suspend the trial against the above mentioned companies because the problem was "solved". Also U.K. government officials constituted an office called RAID to investigate on the war in Congo.
Mrs Feeney, RAID director, said: “Essentially the UN was forced to drop the case but as they explained (in their reports), ‘solved’ meant that the initial allegations were substantiated”.
Many nations and mostly USA forced UN to stop the trial.
All mentioned companies now claim that they use only coltan from war-free areas in Congo. We know that these claims are false. In 2012 a military group of Mr. Ntaganda formerly involved in 1998 war, begun a civil war in Kivu, one of Congo's regions.
Obviously Kivu is very rich of coltan. Once again a few rich people destroyed nature and placed human beings in great misery. Once again many people were forced to loose their lives digging in unfair conditions. We immediately request no more violence against nature and human kind.
Nokia, Bayer, Ericsson, Siemens, Sony, Intel, Hitachi, IBM ,Alcatel, HP, AMD, Samsung, Nec, Motorola, Panasonic, LG, Dell, Apple , AVX, Traxys, Kemet, etc...etc.. We are aware of your current role of stealers of that mineral, stealers of the life of Congo's citizens.
UN's trial bowed to your filthy aims, but now it is time to explain and pay for your criminal behaviour.
The trial is the whole humankind.

#OperationGreenRights OpColtan phase II Press AVX

AVX It's a big firm wich produce ceramic and tantalum capacitors, connectors, thick and thin film capacitors, resistors and integrated passive components.

AVX was directly involved in Congo war of 1998.

UN accused AVX, and many other firms to be interested in illegal coltan extraction and war in DRC

( Democratic Repubblic of Congo )

Usually Coltan was stealed by war groups from Congo mines and carried out to the firms.

Million of people lost their lives in Congo war, nature was destroied in order to dig coltan and a lots of gorillas were killed.

Unfortunatelly UN decided to abandon the case and never punish the responsibles of the war an nature devastation.

Coltan, and more other minerals, are digged whith bare hands with an exhausting and unsafe work.

Coltan is quite radioactive so miners have terrible illness.

Also a commitee by the english government called RAID collected imputations against TRAXYS and other firms involved in Congo war. Mrs Feeney was an important member of RAID's committee.

She said that UN received strong pressures from USA and other counrties in order to stop the trial, she also said that the accuses were true.

So,now in 2012 the situation in Congo is not far from 1998. A civil war has grew up in Kivu, east Congo, in 2012 and it's due to the warlord Mr.Ntaganda formerly involved in 1998 war for coltan. We underline that

Kivu in very rich in coltan mines. So we know that AVX was directly involved in Congo's

war in 1998 but no one force them to pay for their crimes and in 2012 no one can guarantee that AVX is not taking coltan from Congo's war areas.

AVX and other involved firms published an ethical code in 2010; they claim that they don't get tantalium from war areas.

NOW a new civil war is growing up in Congo and is totally hypocrite to share DRC in different areas in order to say that some of these are war free.

AVX, UN trial refused to punish you, but operationgreenrights doesn't forget.

AVX, is the time to pay for your crimes, the trial is the whole mankind.

We release the dump of database from www.avx.com so that everyone can investigate in order to proof your misdeeds.
